Digital Trvst (“Trvst”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of every customer, partner, and visitor. This policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to digitaltrvst.com and all Trvst products.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you open an account, contact us, or use our services. This includes name, email, phone number, address, government-issued identification, and information necessary for know-your-customer (“KYC”) and know-your-business (“KYB”) checks. We also collect transaction information, device and connection data, and usage analytics necessary to operate the service securely.
How We Use Information
We use information to: (i) verify identity and prevent fraud; (ii) provide, maintain, and improve services; (iii) comply with legal obligations including AML and sanctions screening; (iv) communicate with you about the service; and (v) personalize features and recommendations where you have opted in.
Data Retention
We retain account and transaction information for the duration of the customer relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable financial-services law (typically five to seven years). Marketing data is retained until you opt out.
Your Rights
Subject to local law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information; you may also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@digitaltrvst.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, segregated key management, hardware security modules for cryptographic operations, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of material incidents in line with applicable law.
International Transfers
We operate across multiple jurisdictions. When we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
