Acceptance
By creating an account or using Digital Trvst services you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. Corporate accounts must be opened by a duly authorized officer.
Account & KYC
Account opening requires completion of identity verification. Information must be accurate and complete; we may suspend or close accounts where it isn’t.
Fees
Fees are described in your account dashboard. Fees may change with notice. Card-tier subscriptions renew monthly and may be cancelled in-app at any time.
Acceptable Use
You won’t use the service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, fraud, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law.
Crypto-Asset Risks
Crypto assets are volatile. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We provide custody and execution services; we do not provide investment advice.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Trvst is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Direct liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. We will return all customer funds promptly subject to applicable law and outstanding obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada, without regard to conflicts-of-laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
